Hi, I'm Rachel Cohen

A Bilingual administrative manager offering outsourced secretarial services.

I was born in London and immigrated to Israel at the age of 22. I am fluent in Hebrew and English and both languages are my mother tongues. The services I offer are provided in both languages and include: Proofreading, presentation and post writing and bilingual customer service.

For many years I worked in a translation and subtitling company for television and cinema and managed projects in this field.

In recent years, I have worked in the high-tech sector, focusing on operational and administrative positions.

I managed a residential department and led initiatives to improve service and operations. I have managed offices and specialized in all existing business and operational needs:

Collections, accounting, marketing, short translations, transcriptions and typing, managing complex schedules, customer service and retention, social media management and more.

I have made it my goal to help as many small and growing or large and busy business owners as possible to optimise their schedules and focus on the really important things without forgetting anything.
